I want to let you know how wonderful my Pet Loader has been working for Laverne who had surgery on her hind leg 2 weeks ago and I needed a safe way to get her into and out of my car. After some pre-training, she is able to go up and down safely.
Here's what I love about your product:
- Very easy to set up
- The flip is an additional way to secure the steps
- Easy to break down and put in the trunk
- Flexible enough to use on multiple vehicles and heights for my needs
- Very sturdy! I can tell that if it wasn't a sturdy surface, Laverne would NOT want to use it
- I paid way more than other cheaper options and glad I did
I also very much appreciated your extra effort of checking out the model for my Crosstrek and recommending the Flip.
