We live on Moosehead Lake in Northern Maine. We spend much of the summer on our 23' walk-around visiting the many public access remote campsites on islands. We have 2 dogs, one is a 140# male Rottweiler who is not graceful. Boarding him from shore has always been a challenge. We have tried several products that worked poorly—too flimsy, too awkward, or both.
Our new Pet Loader H2O XL has been a 'game changer'. I easily installed it at the dock. It is solid and safe. It locks securely upright while underway. It deploys easily when we need it. Our smaller, more nimble dog shoots up-and-down easily from shore or adrift. Our 140# 'princess' of a Rottie now boards with ease from shore.

Also, great service. When I placed my order my device lost power. I was worried I may have inadvertently ordered twice. I called the customer service line, which was answered by the OWNER of the company. What a refreshing change over outsourced call centers, dead-end email links, and AI phone menus. He confirmed my order, which I soon received faster than expected.
Great product. Great Service. Worth every penny.
