Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we hereby expressly disclaim all liability for product defects or product failure, claims that are due to normal wear, product misuse, abuse, product modification, improper product selection, non-compliance with any codes, or misappropriation. We make no warranties to those defined as “consumers” in the Magnuson-Moss Warranty-Federal Trade Commission Improvements Act. Any warranty provided by any manufacturer, distributor or supplier of any of our products not made by us will be included with the product.
Limitation Of Liability
